We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and entrepreneurial **eCommerce Sales** **Manager** who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role will actively contribute to the transformation to drive e-commerce developments towards more sustainable and efficient food production in the UK & Ireland. This role will collaborate and forge partnerships with peer companies where we are accelerating sustainability offerings with physical products through third part partnerships. ****Responsibilities****
* Ensure direction, alignment and progress of projects assigned
* Identify business opportunities and define strategy to grow using e-commerce
* Coordinate activities between key stakeholders in Yara and the partner organization
* Develop the program frame and ensure the achievement of the strategic objectives
* Develop or implement program governance, procedures, organization, operating model, milestones, deadlines, risk management
* Ensure internal and external resources required are allocated to the project (financial, technical, functional, PMO, project management etc.)
* Compliance with internal processes and any legal local requirements
* Stakeholder management including other Global & Corporate Functions
* Establish effective project communication
* Identify the interdependencies between the different workstreams and ensure coordination
* Preparation of status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
* Identification of the decisions and risks to be escalated to the Sponsor or Owners committee
* Budget and monitoring for program operations
* Coordinate with cross discipline team members
* Review project deliverables to ensure that they adhere to quality standards
* Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
* Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
