Brief Job Description: Provide in-home, school-based, and office-based counseling services Manage a full-time caseload (25-30 face-to-face counseling hours weekly) Collaborate with children, families, schools, and other community members to treatment goals and build skills Offer effective clinical services through all stages of treatment: Engagement, Empowerment, and Transition, per PTP protocols Comply with all payor and PTP service documentation requirements using our state of the art, HIPAA-compliant, electronic medical record system (CareLogic) Attend supervision, clinical team meetings, and participate at regular agency trainings PTP staff succeed when they: Are passionate about serving at-risk, marginalized children and their families Looking for a career, rather than a job, in social services/counseling Value the collaboration of a team, but can work autonomously and prioritize their own tasks Want a flexible, full-time schedule Enjoy both community-based and office-based work environments Value feedback and accountability Have mental flexibility and can adapt to change with ease Possess strong writing skills Value a strength-based, contextual, family systems treatment approach Why work at PTP?
