Classified - Position - Technology Specialist Job Number 460####### Start Date Open Date 12/11/2023 Closing Date 01/31/2025 Responsibilities: Configure, maintain and repair desktop and laptop computer systems, iPads, printers and associated peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve user reported problems with applications, printing, basic network connectivity and Internet access. Provide first tier in person and telephone support to local and remote users. Maintain computer, iPad, and peripheral and software inventory. Assist other IT team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Team Leader or Technology Director.
