This is a full-time position for a licensed Property and Casualty customer service representative for a large insurance brokerage.
Job duties will consist of:
* processing payments
* insurance carrier inquiries
* resolving service problems
* documenting customer requests and policy changes
* processing endorsements on all personal lines of business
* filing/servicing claims
Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales personnel with overflow calls. An active P&C license is required, along with previous customer service experience.
