The **Painters/Porters** at our apartment communities are an important part of the team. They perform painting and wall repair to prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in and they upkeep community common areas and building exteriors. * Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
* Must be able to perform professional level painting techniques and applications
* Prior painting experience a plus!
* Tuesday- Saturday schedule
