Join our team of dedicated professionals devoted to making a difference in the life of a child or young adult. You will work in a challenging, yet highly rewarding work environment. Consistent and staggered shifts available. You will work with at-risk youth by supervising, monitoring, and assisting with daily programs, activities and routines. Responsible for documenting services in accordance with the treatment plan, administering medications, developing positive relationships and modeling appropriate behaviors, providing supportive counseling, and when necessary responding to crisis episodes in a supportive, empathetic, respectful and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a Background Check
- 21 years of age; 24 in Residential Living facilities
- Valid Drivers License
