On Call Classroom Aide - $15.76 hr ($16.55 Bi-lingual, English/Spanish)
Head Start provides a free preschool education to children ages three to five years old in a nurturing learning environment that includes parents as important resources for their children's learning. We focus on the "whole child" and include as part of our program the child's educational, health, family, and social needs. Our Classroom Aide helps our teachers prepare the classroom, assist with lunch/snack and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for our children.
Position is on call as needed and may work at any of our three Head Start locations(Lincoln City, Newport and Toledo), Tue-Fri with flexibility.

- 5% pay adder bi-lingual English/Spanish
Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of basic sanitation, housekeeping procedures and safe food handling practices required. Bilingual English/Spanish and previous Head Start experience highly preferred.
In addition, must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license, Food Handlers certification, First Aid and CPR certification, health verification form and
