**Position Summary:**
The retail team loves to connect with every guest that comes into the retail shops. We help each customer choose the best gear to create the most beautiful memories while in Brian Head. We are passionate about winter. Our winter experiences inspire and educate guests regarding which gear is excellent for different types of outdoor adventures. Retail employees also have Resort wide knowledge that they share with guests.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Serves customers by helping them select product(s).
* Drives sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
* Greets and receives guests in a welcoming manner, responds to guest questions.
* Directs guests by escorting them to specific racks and counters to meet their needs.
* Provides outstanding customer service
* Must have Resort wide knowledge to help guests and to cultivate an exceptional guest experience.
**Job Qualifications:**
* Comprehensive understanding of the store products
* Advanced customer service skills
* Basic math skills
* The ability to use a cash register and use the computer sales system.
* Strong level of professionalism at work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to be patient and perform well under pressure
* Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
