**Role:**
The Warehouse Associate's primary responsibility is to assist is the execution of quality processes and procedures. This individual will carry out the company vision and mission through their work, as an integral part of the Vital Proteins team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate out of the Vital Proteins production facility in Franklin Park.
**What you will be responsible for:**
* Pull samples of raw materials, work in progress materials, and finished products
* Perform checks on incoming raw materials, packaging components, and labels
* Assist with checks and with batch production recording
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Report any process errors, product failures, or deviations to supervisors
* Execute all process in accordance with company standard operating procedures and cGMP
* Other duties as assigned
**Who you are**:
* Have a high school diploma/GED (required)
* High attention to detail
* Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
* Experience working in a GMP environment for food or supplements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* You are passionate about the health, fitness, and/or beauty markets
* Can lift 25-50 lbs. on occasion
* Able to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings
* Must be able to read, write and understand English
