The position is in a fast-paced corporate setting and requires collaboration, teamwork, and on-demand support across all ManTech departments.

Within a team of corporate security professionals, be a lead Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for assigned Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. Seeking an experienced self-starter who is capable of holistic, cradle-to-grave, and independent security management of Special Access Programs (SAPs) which includes Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Applicant must be familiar with the disciplines of Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Operations Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), and Industrial Security.

Applicant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Special Access Programs, and have strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Experience:**

Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to:

* Technical execution of all security disciplines up to the Top Secret level (PERSEC, PHYSEC, INFOSEC, OPSEC, COMSEC, and Industrial Security)

* Managing the day-to-day operational security activities of SAP and SCI contracts

* Ensuring security compliance with contractual requirements and government policies

* Interpreting and applying DoD Manual 5205.07, Security Classification Guides (SCGs), DD-254s, the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, and other policies

* Processing clearances for collateral, SCI, and SAP accesses via DISS and other customer systems

* Maintaining SAPF accreditations, Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), and Co-Use Agreements (CUAs)

* Investigating security incidents

* Documenting and reporting adverse information

* Upkeep of personnel security records

* Conducting Program Security and RMF self-inspections

* Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and OPSEC Plans

* Administering Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA)

* Performing derivative classification

* Document and media control, to include introduction, storage, and destruction

* Safe and lock management

* Security indoctrination, refresher, and termination briefings

* Managing subcontractors, to include issuance of sub DD254s

* Partnering with ISSOs to manage ATOs, physical media, applicable JSIG controls, and the Assured File Transfer (AFT) process

* Marking, packaging, wrapping, and couriering of classified material

* Making risk-based decisions that align with DoD and ManTech guidelines

* Familiarity with DISS, SIMS, CCURE, and ServiceNow

**Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of SAP Security Management experience, preferably as a CPSO

* Bachelors degree

* TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
