Commensurate with Qualifications The Land Bank Operations/Housing Inventory Manager is responsible for all core programmatic initiatives being performed by the Wayne County Land Bank. Duties include: processing, updating, and managing the Land Bank's inventory; providing research, data, and data analysis to support the Land Banks Functions, including geographic information systems (GIS) data; conducting field assessments to record and monitor Land Bank property and data; pursuing external funding and partnerships; and engaging with governmental partners, community institutions, other community stakeholders, and funding and/or program partners regarding programmatic partnerships and areas of shared interested, investment, and concern.

Qualifications:

At least one year of professional experience involving research, analysis, and evaluation of housing or community development projects, or other GIS data is required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with major course work in Computer Science, GIS, Computer Information Systems, Urban Studies, or a closely related field.

Salary commensurate with experience.
