Marketing Team Leader Lake Mary , Florida **What We're Looking For**
Responsible for writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits. Collaborates with pursuit teams in developing win strategies. Oversees the work of other marketing team members.
Primary Focus Will Include:
* Managing positioning, proposal and interview efforts for large, complex pursuits.
* Overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of coordinators.
* Team workload management.
* Quality reviews for Division deliverables.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
* Familiarity with FDOT, GDOT, TDOT and/or local municipalities.

**What You'll Need**
Essential Responsibilities:
* Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for complex/largest pursuits.
* Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages.
* Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB.
* Assists marketing manager with activities related to day-to-day supervision of the staff, which may include performance reviews and training/mentoring of staff.
* Assists in the ongoing development and refinement of QA procedures, and serves as quality control review of materials developed by Department.
* Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.
* Organizes and coaches the technical staff in presentation phase.
* Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or relevant degree
* 6 years relevant experience
