Looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to assist with managing a commercial office property on the Southwest side of Houston.

Objectives

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective tenant, current tenant, an internal Oliver Commercial team member or a vendor. Assist with day-to-day operations of the property, including keeping up with maintenance items, customer service to the tenants, managing scheduled tasks or appointments. Maintain the property s appearance to maximize curb appeal.

Keep Account Receivables low and stay on time with the Accounts Payable for the building.

Experience

High school diploma is required. Outgoing and self-disciplined individual with proven ability to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills while always showing professionalism. Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Excellent interpersonal skills while always showing professionalism. Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to relate to others Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to tolerate stressful situations. Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision.
