**Description**

**Pacifica Hotels** is looking for a **Hotel Operations Coordinator** to join the team. The Hotel Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance Support in administrative functions as described below.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:**

* Provide information and assistance to team members, vendors, and business contacts regarding routine questions or issues, initiates problem resolution.

* Assists the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance Support with projects, deployments and implementation schedules as needed.

* Assists the Operations Department and Hotels with systems support and training as directed by the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance and Support.

* Supports the Quality Assurance Inspection program via compilation and distribution of reports, and communication of new Hotel Standards as applicable.

* Maintains positive relations with key suppliers and vendors, including regular business reviews with company enterprise level vendors.

* Ensures and manages requested vendor insurance standards, coordinating tracking with EBIX and updating and revising as needed.

* Liaises with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.

* Assists the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance Support with hotel contracts.

* Assists the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance and Support on negotiated pricing, delivery schedules, and freight terms as well as contracts with vendors.

* Assists hotels with tracking shipping and delivery of purchases and interfacing with vendors and contractors as needed.

* Supports the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance and Support during the Acquisition/Disposition of hotels to include including vendor correspondence, credit applications, new vendor setup, transfer of utilities and licenses, and other tasks as needed.

* Provides the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance Support with assistance with various risk management responsibilities to include organizational incident report handling, insurance invoice facilitation and preparation for risk management meetings.

* Provides the Corporate Director of Hotel Performance and Support with daily tasks to include expense management, requested feedback on hotel initiatives and reporting.

* Adhere to Pacificas Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.

* Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines.

**Knowledge/Education/Experience:**

* Prior hotel experience F&B preferred.

* Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.

**Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:**

* Work availability: in-person, 8am-5pm schedule at Aliso Viejo Office

* Strong written/verbal communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of computer applications.
