Come join a team of over 150 employees in the areas of civil engineering, planning consulting, surveying, and entitlements in four offices throughout Georgia.We are currently seeking a Survey Technician / CAD Technicians for our Marietta, Canton and Duluth offices.RESPONSIBILITIES:Compiling information for plans, as-builts and final platsChecking worksheets and plats for number accuracyRevising plats according to red line comments by SupervisorsAssisting Managers and Surveyors by whatever means necessary to complete projectsAssisting in preparing preliminary information and specifications for platsAssisting in developing a variety of layouts, drawingsReproducing documents and plansAssisting with others in department as neededCompleting basic surveys such as closings, foundations, and elevation certificatesDevelops self, seeks knowledge and develops technical knowledge of othersAssisting Party Chief to get information readREQUIREMENTS:High school graduate or equivalent.1+ year of field and office surveying experience Minimum 1 year hands on experience with AutoCAD Developing AutoCAD & other surveying software skillsThis is a full time, hourly position that includes bonus, PTO, 401K and benefits.
