Working in alliance with one of the leading water utility companies in the UK, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service advisor. We work in an alliance with our client Anglian Water delivering schemes for the 'Developer Services' - so new housing estates, new connections and metering. You will be the voice of the client whilst speaking to customers about upcoming works, booking appointments and handling complaints, no two days will be the same!

**About the role**

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to actively assist in the service delivery of a seamless meter installation and meter maintenance service and connections. Managing service delivery failures, non-compliance issues, complex file maintenance will be key along with dealing with complaints, liability claims and complex pass backs to satisfactory conclusions.

In this role your passion for results will drive performance excellence, happy customers and you'll get a real sense of achievement every day.

You will need to be able to work on new systems so be open to learning, we use SAP and Click - you will need to able to provide performance management feedback to several stakeholders, providing statistics for use in demand and resource planning.

To be successful in the role you won't need any specific qualifications, but a proven background in customer service. The right attitude and if you have an understanding of the metering process this would be a real benefit, you will need to be able to communicate over the telephone, as well as being able to show initiative and work as part of a team.
