The Opportunity - Electrical Apprentice
We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Apprenticeposition!
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will be primarily support lead electricians with hands on support in the commercial or residential applications. The critical component of this role is to assist with timely task completion at a high level of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with Lead Electricians and Foreman, as well as, office team members. This position is client facing and always requires team member to be presentable and professional.
Ideal Candidates:
- Enjoy serving others
- Demonstrate the ability to be given various electrical tasks with minor supervision
- Currently in school or training to achieve a higher level of skill in Electrical
- Keeps safety as top priority
- Enjoys hands on learning and progressing professionally
- Possesses tools relevant for trade and skill level
Exceptional Candidates:
- Are currently studying Electrical in a trade school
- Have 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
- Can complete electrical tasks such as running wire, roughing outlets and switches, digging and installing pipe and working with minimal supervision
- Love bringing innovative solutions to light
- Strong sense of urgency and follow up
- Ask great questions and take initiative to grow
