Hampton by Hilton is currently seeking a full-time **Guest Service Representative** to service their North Olmsted, Ohio location.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
* Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
* Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome and provide accurate hotel and area information
* Maintain consistent communication especially with other departments
* Complete shift paperwork and ensure accuracy on shift checklist, log book, courtesy call back log, and all other forms or checklists assigned
* Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods
* Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank
* Close guest accounts at time of check out and confirm their satisfaction
* Perform all other duties assigned
**Requirements:**
* Previous hospitality experience preferred
* Hilton Worldwide experience preferred
* The flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, as required
