Responsibilities 1st shift M-F: 6:45am - 3pm PURPOSE: The purpose of the Inventory Control Coordinator is to ensure the accuracy of the physical product inventory so customer commitments can be met and financial reporting is correct. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Run a variety of system reports at defined intervals Analyze report results and report problems to management Coordinate cycle count process with Material Handlers Handle overages and shortages in shipments Input bulk and regrind resin into inventory Input customer returned product into inventory Process inventory adjustments from repack activities Enter misc. scrap numbers from the Printing Department Assist other departments as required Act as backup production scheduler Move material as required Responsibilities and Authority include assuring compliance with federal, state, government and/or any appropriate regulatory law or guidelines. Staff are informed and held accountable for their food safety and regulatory responsibilities; Staff are positively encouraged and required to notify management of actual or potential food safety issues; and Staff are empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work. Must be trained, acknowledge, and follow all Berry Safety Absolutes.
