**Description**
Responsibilities
* Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notifies the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.
* Perform a wide variety of manual operations to assemble, inspect, package and prepare door screens.
* Assembles corners to frame sections.
* Complete paperwork for both shipping and production.
* Read build instructions ensuring proper length, type and color of materials.
* Eventual cross training to ensure proficiency in neighboring positions.
* Visually inspect for defects or errors throughout process.
* Verify size, color, customer, configuration (hardware), according to labeling system.
* Ensure standard work adherence.
* Apply labels to frame upon completion.
* Follows all standard operating procedures and notifies the supervisor of potential procedural improvements.
* Meet or exceed the production standards for the position.
* Perform related work as required.
* Help out in other areas with production, inspection, repair or other duties as assigned.
* Cooperates with and supports co-workers and gets involved as a team player.
* Use tape measures, hand-rolling tools, gages, common hand tools.
Education/Experience
* High school education or equivalent.
* Ability to stand throughout the full shift.
* Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
* Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration.
* Must have flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shift.
