Synerfac is seeking a Registered Architect for our client in Charleston, WV. Our client provides comprehensive Architecture, Engineering and Surveying services, focused on precise results, efficient practices and community minded solutions.
The Registered Architect will be working on diverse portfolios of project work and will be doing different project types.
Responsibilities:
- Plan or design all types of structures
- Prepare contract documents for building contractors
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time
- Meet with clients to review or discuss architectural drawings
- Integrate engineering elements into unified architectural designs
- Manage and monitor progress throughout entire design and construction process and review all plans, specs, submittals and shop drawings prepared by vendor, consultants and in-house design team in order to ensure compliance with the design concept and documents

Job Requirements
- Architectural Licensure (NCARV certification is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Architectural Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Valid Driver's License
