Job Summary:

Serve as an integral part of the Camps & Events team by beingresponsible for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of campersthroughout each week, and for maintaining standards that lead to a qualitycamping program. Camp staff share the Gospel and demonstrate the love of Christwhile leading campers through various adventure recreation activities and BibleStudy.

Responsibilities include but are not limitedto:

• Camper Safety
• Sharing the Gospel
• Successfully leading campers through daily camp schedule& activities
• Participate in daily & weekly debrief times
• Being prompt and on time
• Maintaining excellent guest and public relations
• Developing and practicing leadership skills

Key Performance Indicators:

• Leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and managementskills:
• Christian leader with the ability to lead others ina Christ-like manner and readily share the Gospel.
• Team Player:

o Understandsthe importance of teamwork
