**Inventory Clerk**

at FOX Factory, Inc. 2811 Tuscany Drive, Elkhart, IN, US **Position Summary:**

Counts material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and posts totals to inventory/property records. Serves as a liaison to other departments including manufacturing, planning, and shipping, and purchasing to resolve issues.

**Position Responsibilities:**

* Daily cycle counts

* Organize inventory to ensure FIFO

* Assists with comparing inventories to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.

* Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.

* Assist in organization of physical inventory counts

* Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.

* May operate various office machines.

* Identify and segregate obsolete materials

* Monitors material transactions, including material handling, order picking, job pulling, inventory transfers, and back stocking.

* Assist in purchasing department when necessary

**Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:**

* Previous knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Strong project/people skills.

* Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Excellent math skills, strong organizational skills and very detail oriented

* years of warehouse experience or inventory experience

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements:**

Lift up to 60 lbs

Position requires bending, standing, squatting, sitting, reaching, lifting and twisting
