- Our working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities- Scheduling crew, assigning routes and jobs daily for the most efficient results
- Training and onboarding new hires
- Communicating effectively and professionally with team members, management, and clients
- Ensuring prompt arrival to clients' homes and leading by example with excellent customer service
- Ensuring full completion of EcoMaids 64-point checklist upon conclusion of a job
Skills/Qualifications- Spanish proficiency
- Management, leadership, and/or training experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, stoop, and kneel continuously
- Able to use own car for work if needed (reliable and insured)

Compensation: $650.00 - $700.00 per week
