Entry Level Position. Will be hired as seasonal with the potential to be hired Full Time with benefits.

We are currently seeking Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant(s) (Seasonal/ Full-Time) to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with work orders and other required tasks.

$15.00 and up an hour, depending on experience.

Monday - Friday start time is promptly at 7 am till the day's work orders have been completed. There is overtime and some Saturdays will be required.

Ideal Candidate of a Residential Pool Maintenance Technician:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other customer service-related fields
  • Familiarity with pool maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
Summary of Duties for a Residential Pool Maintenance Technician: Responsible for ensuring the execution of weekly service on contracts by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Responsibilities of a Residential Pool Maintenance Technician:
  • Assist with work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Brush, scoop and vacuum the pool, spa and/or water feature
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory

Language Ability of a Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability of a Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability of a Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience of a Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses of a Residential Pool Maintenance Assistant:

Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
