DirectViz Solutions (DVS), a high-level strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT needs for government clients. We are hiring for a full-time Asset Management/Inventory Specialist. This position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Duties:
* Schedule appointments for all Hardware Asset Techs to complete various jobs for customers.
* Conduct both physical and virtual inventories at sites all across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
* Work closely with customers to resolve and close out inventories in a timely fashion.
* Provide customer service via email and phone with anything having to do with asset transfers, answering inventory related questions, tagging requests, and locating specific assets.
Requirements:
-2 years of Remedy experience
-2 years of Inventory experience
-An active TS/SCI clearance
