Arlington Heights Ford, a Tasca Auto Group dealership, is looking for a qualified, motivated, highly organized individual with great initiative to join our successful team as Parts Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and be responsible for managing inventory. Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
- Monitor and adjusts inventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Provides technical assistance when necessary
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Enforce safety requirements

Requirements- At least 2 years' experience in Automotive Parts management
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Management experience and skills
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
- Knowledge of CDK a plus
- Knowledge of Ford products a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Must have a valid, unexpired driver's license
