**You'll Make an Impact by:**

* Manages the dealer trade process and relays information to the Inventory Team, as needed

* Arranges Transportation of incoming and outgoing vehicles through either drivers or transportation companies accordingly

* Manages new vehicle drivers workloads, schedules, and company compliance

* Handles / ensures proper, timely reassignment of the CO / MSO

* Prints the check, ensuring the correct amount, and securing appropriate signatures, working closely with accounting to ensure accurate and timely dealer trade accounting

* Ensures that all appropriate paperwork / documents are received by the trading dealer, and responds in a quick and timely manner to any dealer trade concern that a trade partner may have

* Makes appropriate entries in CDK, relieving the sold unit and setting up the vehicle record for the incoming unit

* Communicates in a timely and complete manner with all stakeholders affected by the dealer trade

* Assists in updating Fast Turn Build Books for all MN OEMs, modeled on what is currently utilized for Toyota inventory

* Assists in the coordination of other action items, as needed (i.e., daily / weekly price adjustments)

**Minimum Expectations**

* Work hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday

* Work is to be done on location at corporate center

* Timely completion of all assigned tasks. This includes but is not limited to the Dealer Trade Worksheet, which is to be filled out accurately in a timely and complete manner, and emailed to the store in a timely manner

* Update Fast Turn Build Books monthly and relay / communicate changes to the inventory team

* During normal work hours complete price adjustment requests within one hour of the request

* Meet all deadlines and complete all tasks in an accurate, timely, and complete manner

* Communicate with the inventory director and team members in a timely and complete manner

**We're Looking For:**

* Automotive inventory experience

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Suite

* Post-secondary education preferred

* Ability to work in a team and foster relationships both internally and externally
