Responsible for performing physical, administrative tasks involved with receiving, unloading, delivery trucks and inputting all incoming deliveries into the manufacturing database

Distribute materials, parts, supplies and equipment throughout manufacturing and office areas.

Monitors/ controls received materials always

Ensures that materials are moved according to MRD (i.e. inspections and plate shop)

Ensures all related material documents are completed, transmitted, and maintained

Helps in the stockroom as needed Requirements REQUIREMENTS

Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Knowledge in Microsoft applications (word/Excel)

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce across levels of organization

Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and work well with team environment

Must have initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment

HS diploma, APICS knowledge desirable

Experience in related material handling/ store operations with one year directly related experience in material handling required.

This position requires potential access to technology controlled under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
