Job Description:
As an Automotive Technician at Hyundai of Cumming, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Hyundai vehicles to the highest standards. Your role is essential in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers through efficient and effective automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with Hyundai vehicles.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and more.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on Hyundai's latest technologies and repair methods to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Efficiency: Complete tasks within estimated timeframes while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining necessary repairs and associated costs while providing a high level of customer service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
- Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
