Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Employment Lawyer based in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Employment Lawyer at Underwood Law Firm, you will be responsible for handling legal matters related to employment contracts, labor and employment law, employment tribunal, and labor disputes. You will work on-site and collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide legal counsel and representation to our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong background in employment law and labor regulations
- Experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts
- Proven track record in handling labor disputes and employment tribunal cases
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Texas or eligibility for admission
