**Description**

***Essential Functions:***

Station set-up according to resort guidelines, prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Basecamp Manager. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills; maintains and cleans kitchen equipment and utensils in accordance with resort standards. Assists with cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all other storage areas. Performs additional duties as requested by Lodge Manager at any time.

***Physical Requirements:***

Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. without assistance.

Must be able to stand and/or walk for several hours at a time.

Job requires bending, stooping, twisting, lifting arms above the head at times.

***Competencies* *Required:***

Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Knowledge of knife safety and skill in handling knives in a safe manner.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as well as during the week when required.

Ability to solve problems and take direction.

Ability to work in a team environment.
