***$22-$30 hr. DOE***(Company Vehicle Provided)

As Maveriks Retail Support Technician position you provide technical support for all types of fuel dispensers. Responsibilities include; Installation, replacement and test Fuel Controller equipment for stores. Ensures fuel equipment above ground is updated, secure and functional. Maintain reliability and continuous operation of fuel pumps, and provide onsite and remote software /hardware upgrades for fuel dispenser systems.

**What Youll do as a Retail Fuel Support Technician**

* Provides technical systems support for all types of fuel dispensers

* Installs, replaces, and tests Fuel Controller equipment for stores

* Ensures fuel equipment above ground, is updated, secure and functional

* Maintains the reliability and continuous operation of fuel pumps

* Provides onsite and remote software/hardware upgrades for fuel dispenser systems

* Ensures truck inventory is accurate

* Provides support, documents and resolves complex issues escalated from the Retail Support Team

* Travel required to various store locations

* Valid Drivers license and clean driving record require

* Additional responsibilities as assigned

**Youll Be a Great Fit if you Have:**

* Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience supporting Fuel Systems in a Retail environment preferred (Remote Support tools)

* Experience with telecommunications technologies including but not limited to DSLCable, T1 and Cellular Data

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction

* Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs

* A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work related problems

* A record of anticipating customer needs & giving high priority to customer satisfaction & service
