We are hiring for a full-time Warehouse/Production float to perform various activities associated with HSI/WARC warehouse operations and managing inventory. As a support to the production team, the person in this role will often provide guidance and supervision to a small team of assemblers with a variety of physical and/or cognitive abilities. Both warehouse and production responsibilities involve occasional travel to and from off-site locations.

Our ideal candidate has a high level of interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations respectfully and effectively, and represent the Organization in a positive, professional manner. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work assignments with little or no supervision is also essential to success in this role.

*Must be able to meet vaccination requirements or obtain a company approved religious or medical exemption. Valid Driver's License required to drive company vehicles.*

**Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m-4:00 p.m.**

**Pay: $15.79/hr. during training then $16.67/hr. - plus benefits below**
