Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionWe're looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at Mammoth Holdings and be part of our exciting journey in expanding our footprint across the nation's car wash industry!Responsibilities:Oversee all new store construction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards.Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress with general contractors.Collaborate with preferred developer partners to ensure projects are executed according to plan and specifications.Provide weekly progress reports to the Director of Construction and conduct regular OAC meetings.Review and approve general contractor change orders, pay applications, and lien waivers.Coordinate deliveries and installations with internal teams and external vendors.Manage subcontractor submittals in coordination with project architects and engineers.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to streamline project execution.Review general contractor bids, offering feedback to the Director of Construction.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial retail construction management.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Ability to organize, schedule, and conduct meetings effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, and Procore is advantageous.Car wash industry experience is a plus but not required.Ability to work both in-office, remotely, and travel as needed (60% - 70% annually).Salary Description100k-120k
