Were looking for an engaging and energetic Event Coordinator to join our Events & Experiences team to support a professional golf event in Las Vegas, NV and a national grassroots golf program that culminates in a national championship at Pebble Beach Resorts!

The Event Coordinator will serve as the main contact for Tour players, dealer representatives, and charity partners, ensuring the flawless execution of our elite events! This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the multi-faceted world of event operations detail orientation, organization, strict timelines, problem solving and multi-tasking.

Our Events Division is a dynamic group of professionals that run world class events around the country. Our model is to build and produce successful, sustainable events by merging sports, entertainment, culinary and arts, and philanthropy.

**THE WORK YOULL DO**

* Lead the tournament player communication plan including confirming contact information, sharing event details, booking hotel rooms, coordinating ground transportation, recruitment and confirmation of special event participation

* Oversee tournament administration, invoicing, budgets, contracts, sales decks, and community outreach

* Assist in the coordination and execution of various event management & operational duties for the multi-day event

* Manage all sponsor/guest/staff travel, hotel stays, and catering needs

* Correspond with hotel and assist in the room reservations process, including coordinating room block for sponsors, staff, athletes and television crews and ensuring that contractual room reservation obligations and timelines are met

* Coordinate celebrity, athlete and Tour-related appearances

* Collaborate with Tournament Manager to develop recap documents including hard data, key metrics, and recommendations

* Appreciate and nurture the existing relationship with the client by working with corporate and area offices to ensure that all partners are aware of all program parameters, and each sponsor an appropriate event

* Educate all parties (partners, charity, golf club/course) regarding program details

* Staff @ 20 local Champions for Charity golf events leading up to the National Championship

* Promote National Championship while on-site at local event

* Complete all post-event follow-up and evaluations

* Play a role in the planning and execution of the National Championship

* Coordinate all travel within budget parameters

**WHO WERE LOOKING FOR**

* A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture

* 1+ years of relevant experience (program management, event/tournament operations)

* An interest in golf is a plus, but not required. More importantly, you love the hustle and bustle of events and all the moving pieces leading up to and during the event

* You pitch in and are collaborative in nature with a no job is too small approach

* You like building effective partner relationships including with vendors, suppliers, and volunteers

* Ability to successfully manage a budget

* Demonstrated ability to take initiative & effectively problem solve and work effectively in high pressure environments, while working as both part of a team as well as independently

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task are excellent

* Superb written and verbal skills and an exceptional ability to communicate clearly and professionally

* Ability to carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating and implementing projects year-round.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially PowerPoint, Excel and Access

* Flexibility to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed
