Located in Irvine, California, Womens fashion footwear company, is seeking a Customer Service Associate who is detail oriented, organized and highly motivated for; Volatile, Very Volatile and Sbicca brands. Individual must be able to work within a small, open office environment. We have a fun, casual environment with great energy!

Primary responsibilities include:
All aspects of dealing with major retailers from: PO creation to routing to invoicing for retailers such as: Zappos, Amazon, Nordstrom, Masons, Macys, TJMaxx.
Work within vendor portals and EDI Vans to:
Download and process purchase orders.
o Map carton packing and create shipping labels
o Create and Send ASNs
o Create and Send Invoices
Work within our OMS system to generate Sales Orders from EDI and manual purchase orders sent by major retailers to be sent to the warehouse in a timely manner.
Understanding and following all vendor compliance, including ticketing and packing guidelines
Understanding and following all vendor routing guidelines and making sure that all routing is completed on time and correctly.
Researching and disputing any chargebacks.
Responsible for providing superior customer service, which will entail replying to customer emails and phones calls, processing orders, and changes to orders, and contacting customers to resolve issues.
Secondary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assist management and staff as needed
Online order processing through multiple platforms.
Assist with sales order data entry for retail stores and other .coms
Required Skills:
Customer service experience
General Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to learn new software/hardware
General knowledge of EDI and vendor
Must be very organized
Self-starter and team player
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain professional demeanor and positive attitude
