Job: Office Assistant
Type: Part-time, in-person only
Location: Cameron Park, CA
Pay rate: $20-$21/hr
A busy contractor's office is seeking part-time administrative help. 1 full day a week (Thursday). plus additional days as needed.
Essential duties:
-Customer service over the phone and in office
-Answering phones, scheduling calls and appointments
-Data entry, filing, creating and managing documents
-Provide general administrative support
-other tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Working knowledge and experience with basic computer programs such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Google and calendars
-Previous clerical and customer service experience
-Reliable and works well independently and in a team environment
-Successful completion of background check and drug screen
