The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- 2 years of management and Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
- Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low turnover environment
- Recruit and train new hires on business practives
- Passion for training, managing and developing an outstanding team at all levels
- Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
- Financial management, reporting and communication, banking
- Crisis management and guest resolution
- Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
- Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists and temperature checks
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
- Execute and enforce all company standards, policies and procedures
- Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements, achieves high health inspection scores
