Vertiv is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Energy Storage team and help Vertiv lead the charge in the rapidly evolving energy storage market. In this role, the Product Manager will support the development of our Battery Energy Storage Systems, in a global context, by evaluating new energy storage technologies and product offerings, maintaining key vendor relationships, and leading the selection of storage products for a variety of project applications. The Product Marketing Specialist will develop high quality and accurate product messaging for Vertivs Single-Phase UPS offerings with focus on compelling value proposition and positioning for those consuming the material. This role will also be responsible for sales tools that are focused on the Vertiv User Experience for 1P UPS solutions. The role must be capable of monitoring the evolving methods for how customers consume information and pivot as needed to ensure effective communication. The role reports to the Product Marketing Manager within the Global 1P UPS Line of Business and will include frequent interaction with Offering Management, Product Development and Engineering teams, Marketing, Sales teams, Resellers and/or Partners, and end-users. This is an exciting role for an experienced Product Manager to manage our IT&EI product portfolio, drive NPI activities, price book and forecast, and develop sales tools for ANZ! The Product Manager will also be responsible for implementing company strategies in IT&EI to meet yearly targets. The Product Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the Product Management team in meeting the growth and profitability objectives for the 1 Phase UPS Line of Business. The position will gather voice of the customer, develop business cases for new products, and lead successful launches. The position will also analyze market trends, sales channels, and competitors products, pricing, and positioning and make recommendations. The role reports to the Director of Offering Management and will include frequent interaction with the Offering Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams. The Offer Marketing Specialist will work with the Rack & Containment line of business, with the primary goal of developing a deep understanding of our customers & our market and developing effective messaging to create demand for our offers. The role will support the strategy for Rack & Containment offers globally, requiring close collaboration with multiple functions and regions. This role will focus on both new product launches, plus invigorating existing product lines already in the market, and be an integral part of the overall Rack & Containment line of business. The Global Product Specialist Chiller is part of the Global team providing Product & Engineering knowledge and application support to sales engineers and customers globally and support to the Offering manager on NPDI projects, as regards to our Chiller Thermal Management product range. The position reports to the to Offering Manager Chiller. Negotiations At least 10+ years of experience in core Strategic Sourcing Role At least 6~7 years in Localization of products and Developments in high technology environment Has Excellent understanding of localization / Diverse Commodities Excellent understanding of supplier market / Overseas markets Has been exposed to Export oriented markets Technically strong on Manufacturing processes / Analytical and data driven Must be from complex manufacturing background / or have supported manufacturing industry Commodities : Must have handled Sheet Metal / High Level Assemblies / Product Localization / Wiring Harness / Exposure to EMS companies The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated new product development projects or strategic initiatives. May be overseeing single or multiple projects as the situation allows. Will be responsible for ensuring the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and profitability by performing the following duties utilizing project management practices and philosophy. The UX Manager will receive objectives from the Sr. Director of GPPM, from the VUE team, and will engage with the project team to incorporate the UX objectives into the project. UX Leads (one in USA, one in Italy, and one in China) will report to the UX Manager. He or she will work across functions and regions to identify the tasks and deliverables required to successfully create and execute marketing launch plans on time and within budget. The Global Marketing Project Manager is responsible for regular communications with launch teams, reporting on the launch status/project health, conducting project retrospectives, and completing close out reports and checklists. The Global Marketing Project Manager will work closely with Marketing Portfolio Leads, regional Marketing teams and Offering teams to execute a successful go to market strategy for product launches. The Product (Offering) Manager for Custom Thermal provides the strategy, subject matter expertise and market knowledge for the Custom Data Center and Commercial and Industrial Air Handling unit market. The Offering Manager works with the Sr. Mgr/Dir to develop the LOB roadmap development for the Americas region and supports the execution through the product development process or program management process. The Offering Manager understands the market, competitive landscape, and the technical details of the product. Vertiv is hiring a Sr. Commodity Manager, Electronics in Westerville, Ohio. Looking for 10+ years of strategic sourcing, direct electronic commodity experience is a plus. Reporting to Plant Manager, the Business Analyst will increase the bandwidth and velocity of the leader in such a way as to concentrate time, effort and priorities on strategic initiatives. This role will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously managing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations. They will interface with site leaders to complete strategic planning initiatives, cost management tracking/initiatives, and project summaries. The individual will provide analysis and decision making input on a full spectrum of project evaluations, operations performance data, operational, and financial metrics. They will also have the demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the Plant Manager and other constituencies, both internal and external. T
