Sunroof Express is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Troy, MI. What you'll be doing:

• Input payables not related to part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse
• Match invoices to shippers for part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse
• Apply manual payments to all payables paid by company credit card
• File all bills, contracts etc as needed
• Support the cutting of checks from Troy, MI office for select vendors
• Process product returns checked in by the warehouse
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies
• Reconcile credit card statements (which ones to be determined)
• Get with employees for documentation related to business purchases
• Manage or assist with department or company level projects

What you need to succeed:

• High School Degree (or GED or High School Equivalence)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to offer suggestions to improve current processes
