In line with our ongoing expansion, we are currently in search of a Licensed Survey Technician to contribute to various projects spanning across New York and New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating mapping utilizing computer design and drafting survey software
- Creating topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mapping
- Conducting survey calculations, data uploading, downloading, and processing in the field
- Analyzing and plotting boundary maps and descriptions
- Conducting record research for boundary and utility information
- Collaborating with design teams to meet demanding project schedules
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Licensure in New York and New Jersey is mandatory
- Proficiency in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings
- Capability to analyze boundary evidence and survey resolutions
- Proficient in Construction Layout computations and calculations
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
