Liberty Cruises is looking for skilled Dishwashers to provide a positive guest experience while being friendly and working efficiently, playing an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience in the role. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the dining room by setting tables with decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
- Ensure all dishes, glasses, and other items are kept clean.
- Assist in the galley as needed.
- Communicate with the BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) staff.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to and from the kitchen for cleaning.
- Follow all relevant Health Department regulations.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Dishwasher.
- Attentiveness and patience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Team player.
- Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including all weekends.
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
