**Excavation Laborer**
Fee Simple Construction Hanover, Pennsylvania Minimum Experience **Entry-level** The Excavation Laborer is an excavation laborer who works on the construction site running heavy machinery and performing manual labor to prepare the job site as instructed by The Lead Excavator. This individual is a team player, who has a wide array of responsibilities, which change based on the job site and project.
whose duties span from cleaning the job site, excavation work, hauling dirt, to cleaning equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an Excavation Laborer, your main duty is to assist your Lead to execute tasks as a team. As an Excavation Laborer, your duties span site preparation like digging trenches, grading, drilling, excavating for water features or sewers, hauling dirt and other discarded materials, and transporting equipment and crew members. Responsibilities vary widely based on the job site and project.
As an Excavation Laborer your primary responsibilities include:
* Operate Equipment/Labor Work
+ Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
+ Maintain consistent communication among field crew members by use of hand-signals or radio to align and position heavy equipment properly.
+ Perform manual labor to prepare the job site
+ Clean work area, removing debris, transporting material to and from the site, operate machines and trucks
+ Hauling dirt and other discarded materials
+ Cleaning equipment
What You Bring to Us:

* 3-5 Years of equipment operation in construction field
