MS Dynamics Marketing and Sales Engineer
We are looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales Engineer. This is an initial 6-month contract for our client in the North Chicago area suburbs.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with the Dynamics CRM platform (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform, PowerBI) with a focus on Marketing and Sales modules.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 administration, customization, configuration, and development within Dynamics 365.
- Ability to integrate and maintain integrations for CRM data with other systems.
- 3+ Experience with Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
- Familiarity with:
- Marketing automation tools
- Campaigns
- Leads
- Journeys
- Analytics
- Reporting
- 3+ year experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales.
- Lead Management: Qualify leads, track sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes for efficiency.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack.
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales and Customer Service applications to meet business requirements.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom code where out of the box solutions are not available.
- User Management: Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Data Management: Handle data import/export, backups, and maintenance.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Assist users with technical issues and provide solutions.
- Integration: Collaborate with developers to integrate other systems and maintain integrations already built.
