Manufacturing company in Carlsbad hiring a warehouse candidate!Description:Under direct supervision, perform routine material handling functions such as inventory control, data entry, shipment of orders, process shipping documents, moving product, pulling stock or restocking materials and general housekeeping. Use equipment such as scanning gun, stand-up and standard forklift; and fill material requisitions and/or orders using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles and identify discrepancies as well as may pack products for finished goods. Conduct cycle counts, location verification of materials and resolve warehouse discrepancies following standard operating procedures. Follow safety policies, practices and protocols.Additional Skills & Qualifications:1 year experience in material handling.Must be able to lift 50+ pounds when needed.Computer experience with the understanding of how important to follow the material movement process.Solid analytical skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written).Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
