DIGITAL GURU: IT Technician/Installation
Join Digital Guru as an IT Technical/Installation. This role will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hardware and Software components.
- Installation of IT A/V solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to users on operating new systems.
- Repair and replace damaged hardware.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Follow all Electrical codes by States requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adheres to operating policies.
- Maintain equipment and inventory as needed.
What you'll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge in security camera systems
- Knowledge in Cat6 and fiber terminations
- Knowledge in smart home programming and automations
- Basic knowledge in computers and electronics
