DescriptionWestern Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative (1.0 FTE). Responsibilities include:Arranging for the efficient and orderly registration of clinic patients, admissions of inpatients, ER visits and individuals who have hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures.Interviewing incoming patients and enters information required for admission into computer databaseAnswers incoming calls through WWH's call center and makes outbound calls to patients.All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONSWestern Wisconsin Health expects employees to understand and to incorporate the values of our organization in their day-to-day practice.
