Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager:
- Assist in the organizing of in-person customer engagements to build longevity with our clients customers
- Enroll customers with our clients products and services
- Work with Sales Representatives to increase our clients brand awareness and revenue generation
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Support the marketing work of other team members
