In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Assisting customer with troubleshooting and recommending repairs for companies product line
- Manage customer data in their CRM
- Reviewing blueprints and other technical documents in preparation of client quotes
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain with ongoing projects
Candidates experience should include:
- 3+ years of maintenance, technical customer service, or project engineering experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience with MS office products and a CRM platform
- Excellent communication skills
